Hello, I'm Karah...

 A qualified counsellor with a Diploma of Counselling and a proud member of Certified Practicing Counsellors Australia (CPCA), I provide a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, work through challenges, and develop strategies to enhance their wellbeing. I am especially interested in empowering clients to trust their instincts and inner voice, fostering autonomy over their lives and confidence in their decision-making.

My approach is therapeutic and client-centered, meaning sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. I am committed to creating a culturally safe and LGBTQ+ affirming environment, where everyone can feel heard, valued, and supported. I’m here to guide you toward growth, resilience, and a greater sense of balance in your life. 


 *Karah is currently accepting expressions of interest for online counselling beginning in February 2026.
